As we were landing on the frightening soil,
I looked around and saw a strange-looking boy.
He had the hair black but the eyes bright and deep;
He stared at me as if I was just a kid.

Noises and screams went up from the forest just near;
And birds were flying away from the struggle to come.

An old man said : «No need to flee, it has already begun».

The spirit of the forest called me, and I gave no response.
